Simon says he has the paperwork, it's 1963 and definitely an azam apparently.

The front seats have been changed, no sliding bench and they don't look quite like 2cv seats to me. But then I've never seen this old a 2cv before.

No security of any kind, did make me chuckle. No locks on any of the doors or anything. Seems you pull a lever to start the engine?

Its a gorgeous old thing even in this state.

He wonders, is there any way to tell if its a 12hp or a 13.5hp?

If it's so late it will be an 13.5 hp. It is missing the aluminum trim around the windscreen. It might have screwthreads for seatbelts. I am not sure when it they were introduced. But the old chassis had this fixture in the 1960s. Sometimes covered by a bolted on plate.
And a good rebuild 12hp does run well as a daily driver.
