If it's so late it will be an 13.5 hp. It is missing the aluminum trim around the windscreen. It might have screwthreads for seatbelts. I am not sure when it they were introduced. But the old chassis had this fixture in the 1960s. Sometimes covered by a bolted on plate.
And a good rebuild 12hp does run well as a daily driver.
