It's like the aussies havin a barbeque on their landrover grilles. They were upset as landrover came with a plastic grille in the series 3. ;-)

Here in Hungary we have Summer .
We had temperatures up to 38/39 C .
Now it is much less, but 25-29 is fine.
Summer started late this year, but when it started, it kept on going.
My vegetable garden is doing very well.

Oh wow, that is so hot. We did have a week or two of hot weather, but so much rain. The gardens are all rubbish this year, nothing wanted to grow as no sun. Some things have limped out now but it was all very behind, and now winter is coming.

Maybe we will get a later edition of summer.

My friends in Herefordshire, he a fellow 2CV'er, have been using the last 18 months to turn their rather sizeable garden into a giant vegetable patch with shockingly good results. They can't believe how well it has gone so far. It's like the 1970s BBC sitcom 'The Good Life' :lol:
