Post New Citroen Mehari! - well ish...
I don't know if this has been mentioned on here but I thought I'd stick it up.

You may be aware of the Citroen C4 Cactus currently on sale. This is the Citroen Cactus M Concept. Citroen claim that this is inspired by the Mehari (I can only assume that's why it's got an 'M' in the name). It's pictured as a kind of rufty tufty beachy lifestyley vehicle, a 'open air crossover' to be more specific.

It even has drain plugs to drain out the water from its inevitably leaky roof! Sorry I mean water fights...

Anyway what do we think? I think its cool, not quite Mehari cool, but cool nevertheless.

Interesting. Plastic bodied I assume. Shame about the awful upholstery!

If someone feels the need to put surfboards on the roof of their car to make the concept clear, the concept isn't clear and the car is no good....

Did you ever seen a excavator advertisement with a shovel at it's roof..
Well I haven't...

Could be a lot more worse.

It's a shame that Citroen is putting us in the position of trying to justify,
instead of acknowledge the endeavor.

Well, at least the wheels might act as paddles if you get stuck in soft sand. :D

If i see modern cars they seem to have a contest to design the most ugly thing.
