Re: Changing the welcome picture. changing the photo is not a problem any more, just trying to get upgrades done to the forum itself which is a total pain in the ass without ftp access. it all has to be done via a slow web interface.

No, you can do it via command line - PuTTY and WinSCP from a Windows box.
