Hi

Does anyone on here have a 2CV boot board ie a board that sits on top of the spare wheel in the boot and makes a flat floor.

I'm looking to make one and a template would be really useful. I know "wendy" used to make one years ago but sadly mine when when I sold my last 2cv in 2007.

Cheers

Matt

Yes in the back of my D*lly which if you'd said on Sunday I could have lent it to you as a pattern! I'd suggest making a card template and spending some quality time with a jigsaw and some 12mm ply :)

If you are happy to let me draw round your board then let me know when you are out in it next and I'll have cardboard an a marker pen on standby.

matt i find a squarish board that sits up against the back of the seat frame and rests on the top of the light panel you have to cut out little squares on the corner to clear the roof rails section. if you just make it boot hole shaped it teeters about on the dome of the spare wheel. its ridiculously easy to make the template will take longer

9mm ply for mine covered in grey carpet

I have a spare Dyane spare wheel cover/floor if anyone is interested. Reasonable nick. FOC. Collect would be best.

Turn the wheel the other way up then. That also lets you fill it with spares.
