The mould cleaned off mine really quite well today, with NikWax Tech Wash (as recommended on Matt's website). I reckon I will need to reproof it though. However, like you I'll probably just stick the thermal liner in for the time being.

Used Lux soap flakes on mine gently agitated with a scrubbing brush and reproofed with Fabsil.

Put tent seam sealer on all the stitching of my roof the other day, on the inside surface of the roof . It's not leaked as yet and has rained.
