Everyone help. I need inner wings both sides and boot floor. Has anyone got a a donor car that i could have these out as my money is limited. Molly is at risk of my neighbour breaking her up if i do not source these panels. Panels from Ecas are to expensive so please help me! Please. I do not want to break her so if anyone is breaking a 2cv with good wings (inner) Please help me.
Thank you Regards

I'm sorry to say...

Seeing as: "money is limited"- "a 2cv with good inner wings" - sounds unlikey.

I think you need to find somebody who'll help you restore a 2cv with less conditions attached.

You've got a couple of years to save up for those parts haven't you? Why can't he wait a while?

Can't you persuade your neighbour to wait more than one week before chucking it in? It seems they only want you to do up a minter. :?

I got the impression Tom had got his neighbour to help him buy and do up a car, which is fair enough, an agreement between friends or whatever. I just think the neighbours got no idea what you take on when you restore a car espesh a 2cv which is bound to be rot ridden.

Maybe you'd be better off saving up for a bit. Mine will be for sale soon, needs bits and bobs but has an MOT and will be going for less than a grand. It can't be the only one, and you do have the time to save.

the best way is to save up for inner wings from ecas try to get neighbour to understand, hope fully he will, also you could borrow from the bank of mum and dad for a short time (if they will let you). doing up a 2cv is a big commitment like louise said but in the end its definitly worth it, even if only for the experience.

 even if you can't afford to do repairs don't break it up just sell it on to someone that can do the work

no 2cv is unrepairable no matter how bad, it is quite expensive but worth it
