My daughters 2cv has developed a cylinder head/compression fault, I think. She was driving up farningham hill and got halfway and the car stalled and stopped with a strange burning smell, she got relayed to the garage and I found a couple of small problems (loose leads etc) and she tried to go up the hill again and it died in exactly the same place but this time belching white smoke from the right hand head. What is the nearest garage that can fix 2cv's nearest to Swanley? Or can somebody collect and take to their garage?
She is a bit desperate as she uses it for Uni

If not, I have a spare pair of heads and piston/barrels if you need it, can fit them this weekend if desperate.

The car has a problem with no compression on the o/s cylinder and is currently at rhys williams near paddock wood but I havent heard from him so dont know what the outcome is yet. Thanks for all replies and suggestions for garages I hope it gets sorted soon as my daughter is missing it and i'm getting fed up with driving her to Uni.
