I have no real problem with the bonding - l remember the METRO 6R4 had its roof bonding. Think I would have repaired the hole in the sill before do it and also that guy must have been high or dead from spraying with no mask!!!!!!

Yep.
The first one I looked at even had any spaces between the glassfibre and sheet metal ( including hacked down rear doors) filled with builders' expanding foam.

Chris,
any suggestions on how to proceed when the day comes that those inner wings need repair or replacement?
The same applies to any other parts of the original structure which have been retained and bonded to a glassfibre carapace.

Oh, those crazy Belgians!
I bet both car and paint sprayer are dead by now. The original body looked pretty solid too before they were cutting it up.
