Hi chaps, After having the bodyshell attended too last year (also got a new set of wings & an almost perfect re-used bonnet) it is time to swap out bamboo's rotten doors.. they are knackered! Has anyone seen a new set of doors that Uncle Roy is selling? Was wondering on the quality of them? Anyone seen any other alternatives to consider? regards, fritz ps. I promise I will use bamboo more this year! |

Probably, but, as an aside to the original question, wouldn't it be nice if 2cvers actually bought new panels instead of trying to buy a set of 'immaculate used panels' in 'highly specific colour scheme' and also 'must be within 12yds of my house' and 'cost no more than £20 the set'. With prices for cars as high as they are, it's probably about time that we did go to ECAS and buy a door once in a while, then pay a body shop to paint it. |
