My Spanish is well rusty, but from what I can tell it was a publicity stunt by the owner of an Argentinian car dealer (Auto Fran) where the PR savvy owner launched some poor lacky down a "metal tobogan run" at a place called Lago del Fuerte. From what I can tell, the driver and car survived.
