 whats with the log in crap? Why do i have to log in on nearly every visit,despite ticking the remember me box?Its getting like 2cvgb.

Re: whats with the log in crap? Are you using a different pc / device? Also if you use a different internet connection it will trip it
So if i log in ans tick box at home then go to work using there wifi i have to log in
No idea about 2cvgb forum as i dont use it

Re: whats with the log in crap? Interesting. I'm not sure why you're having this trouble, but it works fine for me as it always has, I leave it logged in on all our devices and only the iPad requires me to log in every time.

Re: whats with the log in crap? my old puter is still going, 2cv international is in my "favourites"-- hey presto i,m in-no probs! unlike the £27.50 "2cvgb" where you have to piss around logging in every time, and having to do it exactly right, only to see almost sweet f/a 2cv international is the best

Re: whats with the log in crap? For some strange reason, a couple of weeks ago my pc asked me to log in, in spite of my having ticked the "remember me" box. So I ticked the box again and signed in. Since then everything has been hunky dory.

Trouble is, it's not obvious, but you can do it.

Yup me too, thought it was just me - started about 3 weeks ago. If I post on my iPhone I have to log in, post, log in again, then my post appears. On my laptop its weirder. On the same laptop (macbook) I have two logins, one for work, one for personal. work login (chrome) remembers me everytime, personal login (also using chrome) doesnt. Got no idea! Don't get me started on the 2cvGB forum. No one in their right mind would pay anything to access a forum. However, despite the login issues for the forum, the rest of 2cvGB seems to function quite well so I'm happy.
