The mechanism is not the mystery. Getting a gearbox from Weber is very difficult.

The mechanism is needed going from 4. to 5. Gear.

It can be made much more simple with a 2. Gearlever but then you need the original lever in neutral and then put in 5. Gear by the second lever.. However it is possible you forget to put the lever in neutrsl and then you put in 2 gears at once... youre gearbix doesn.t like that.. So the mechanism is neccecery to do all this with 1 lever..

Much easier to explain how this works, and show about measuring and what too much play makes. Chosen the worst parts what I have, to have as much free play everywhere...

And yes, it has very loud noise on worn bearings and surface rusted gears... :lol:

And testing one of four of these. Whos said the multi-spark is new invention, these are about hundred years old parts, still making strong spark... :lol:

Yes, they are the buzzer coils from Ford model T, but not going back to car...
