Forecast dry today so took it out for a quick run down to the ferry terminal and back. Bloody pissed down as I got there!! :evil:

Did wash the 57 today, was necessary the water in the bucket was as black as that from the local coalmines ;-)

Bit cloudy, but otherwise it's been a nice day today, so been out for a pootle around the island. Was good enough to have had the hood fully open, but decided against doing so. Car's running really nicely ATM. :)

Took and sent pics off for the agreed valuation insurance. It looked lovely.

Other than that, nothing, just been enjoying it .

I looked to see if I could fix the oil leak before I went out this morning. It appears to be coming from the oil pressure sender unit! I replaced the leaking one the other day, possibly with another leaking one. You gotta laugh. :-)

If you can't fix it with a hammer, it's probably electrical (or, an electric fuel pump!) ....

Almost certain you didn't really WANT to fix this oil leak!

Bought an early 80's Dyane yesterday late afternoon. Got a better look at it this morning.. um ! :|

..phoned up the trader and said we'll need to look at a revised deal. The telephone call was friendly and so I'm hopeful that things will be worked out amicably.
