And probably a welding mask :D

Actually, like me, they are not to bright! They look unfinished. As if you had taken some new painted exchangers and removed the paint.
I'll fit them first to find out if I like the sound, and if I do, research painting them. :)

I had a real headache getting them to fit. Obviously I had to reposition the crossbox but also had to loosen and swivel the heads and even then the left hand one didn't fit. Unfortunately the customer had made the mistake of buying them from burton, not realising that brexshit would make them more expensive than simply buying from Ecas plus making sending them back to the Netherlands far too much hassle & expense.
His original heat exchangers were fine, so he had only bought the burton ones because they were shiny. I didn't feel I could charge him for all the time spent/wasted on trying to fit the incorrectly made parts he had supplied, so we both lost/wasted money.

not just me then. at least that gives me a sanity check. :)

nearside is the one I have a problem with.

it won't line up with the shroud when attached to the manifold.

Original fits perfectly.

I've not got as far as trying to connect to the cross box yet.

Good job...
Test run to work with the repaired brakes. Functionned rather well. The rear brakes were warm on arrival. So i adjusted them a bit this afternoon.

I drove to work today with a heavy printer in the back. It handled even better on the speed bumps. The car didn't almost move up and down. Great..
