Used mine as I always do. Saying that, I'm quite missing driving it 25+ miles daily as I've now finished college. Think the car's missing it too as if I'd been using it more I'd probably have discovered petrol issues before setting off to reg day, and have avoided breaking down  Off to the Manchester meet tonight then Hereford this weekend, so its still not exactly a trailer queen.

I put twenty copper lanterns in mine with all the seats out and took them to the paint shop. The rattling and jangling of all the copper work clattering together made it sound as if I'd taken Jimmy Saville hostage.

Just drove around the Charente and down into the Limousine to cut my mates grass, bombing round on his sit and ride mower great fun. While we were parked to take a mobile call a passing French racing cyclist stopped to photograph and admire the car.

I did two things with mine today:
• at around 3am I took out the seats, vacuumed the carpets, re-routed the stereo cable and cleaned the windows (no, I'm not an insomniac with forgiving neighbours, I was on a nightshift!) Then I jet washed him...
• a few hours later and back at home, I packed all my camping gear for the Wye Knots' Cider Camp, which starts tomorrow

There'll be a third shortly, when I drive him back and park up in the workshops for the night, ready for the off straight after breakfast with the dayshift 8-)

picked up a sparkey and all his gear then off to the plumbers merchant where i collected all the fittings for a bathroom including the 2.4m length of 2 1/2" waste pipe and headed to a job

Spark found it hilarious that the faster i took the speed bumps the flatter the car ran.

then i came home and took the tank out to check the rubber pipe on the tank top fitted it back then did it all over again to find out why the gauge had stopped - the reason the tank was dropped was because on the way home from Reg it started a slight mis fire and hesitation - worse when the tank was near empty. Problem gone might have been water in the points box again

That's the one. Not bad, but too much for me - about £3000+VAT in parts and labour needed to put it on the road. (Went with my traction owning friend and a jack)
Main issue is rust in the o/s sill front to rear and the o/s gutter.
four wheelbearings and brakes
five tyres
full exhaust
fuel pump
radiator
poss clutch and wiring loom

Not desperate incl. all chrome is rusty, no hubcaps

Interior very good and good compression on the engine. Gearbox could be noisy but could be fine.

It's now up to £4600 which we think is about £1500 too much in this condition.
