Post MCDA online store
Has anybody had any dealings with this company. I sadly have and found them good on price but c--p on customer service and delivery time. They always get the order wrong or missing parts and when contact them in English (one there says he speaks English ) or French nothing is done. Unfortunatley to get discount I bought there club membership for 1 year so was tied to them. I have used Ami 2cv now and find them much better (price is more) but you get the parts within a couple of days and not weeks.

I tried e-mails, snail-mails. NO answer, NO delivery!

MCDA were (I believe) a breakaway group from Club Cassis.

There other good european suppliers:

I don't know about "breakaway" or not - but it's certainly a remarkable coincidence that the two manufacturers/suppliers of Mehari tupperware are geographically so close...

I've only had one experience with MCDA - ordered a replacement dash/scuttle moulding for the Mehari-of-Doom. It arrived in good order, in good time, with no real cause for complaint.

Especially about the price - delivered to the UK, it was cheaper than Cassis's "club" price BEFORE delivery.

My preferred choice is http://www.renov-2cv-mehari36.com/

MCDA have poor customer service.

These people are OK too http://www.2cvp.com/

are superb - I always use them. They are particularly good for early / rare stuff.

The site is a bit clumsy to navigate, and the ordering process a little complex and slow (I won't go into a blow-by-blow account here!), but the end result, once you've been through it all, is quick, with good communication, and very reliable.

The prices are keen, too :)
