Is it just me or are others having to log in now to use this link? Before Christmas this link was active without having to log in, and I found it very useful for that quick visit to view and new posts etc but now its disabled until logged in which makes it far less convienient. Any ideas anyone? |

Cheers, Neil. Not sure I follow the logic of this change to the forum as I'm sure I'm not alone in being one of those who had a good look around before joining and the View Active Topics facility made that decision very easy. Shall just have to live with it. |

Fair enough. The fact is, we've had more new members since it was implemented than in the six week period leading up to it. We've also noticed that some of our older members have become active again. Perhaps having to login means that they are poised & ready to post? If i was looking for help or to be a part of a community, i'd certainly 'take a chance' & join the associated forum, especially when there's no outlay & registration takes 2 minutes. |
