Steves drive, Dudley the 2CV, is used daily hail, rain or shine, Mikes Dyane sidewinder is usually a daily drive although he is in Edinburgh without it at the mo and my Beige Beast usually gets a thrash every weekend to stop things seizing etc....Regardless of them moving, they all sit out on the drive and take what the elements can throw at them.

Not at all ..although the winter in scandinavia and some other countries is not particularly salty and A series are more prevalent in some countries such as France ,Spain and Italy than here so it might bias it a bit :D

Much the same story here...

....except that it's three Dyanes, with two of them being (officially) mine and the other one belonging to my wife, so I usually get into trouble for using that one.

I've ticked the third cloise but, I reckon my C4 is goona be fairly gash if we get any snow so that's when the Ami will take over.

It lives outside whatever the weather and I proteceted everything pretty well when I did the floors etc so I'm hoping it won't disintegrate at the first signs of a salty road......

And, yes! It is just metal but, having already replaced the floors and sills etc-it's a bloody awful job on an Ami so I don't relish the thought of doing it again in a hurry! So, I shall be cleaning the underside thoroughly and often!!!

Oh, I should fix the headlights too....... :?

Love the numberplate Ken ;)

I drive mine every day, I don't have another car to hop into and use. 64miles return commute plus any site visits I have to do. Drove to Bristol and back a couple of times last/this week so put an extra 800 miles or so on it. Will carry on using it for now.

Only issues I've got are: I've just had new floors put on and I don't think they've been undersealed/painted/done anything with; I work 6 or 7 days a week so beyond topping up the oil and pumping up the tyres I can't do any maintenance; she leaks STUPID amounts of oil (a decent sized puddle a day); I put TOYO tyres on which it turns out aren't very good in the cold/snow etc. which I found out at this years raid tan hill when she was slipping about all over the shop.

Oh and the engine shroud thingie is split so I don't get much warm air.
