I did try and organise a trip but there wasn't enough interest, you're probably better off asking the CCC as they organise them from time to time. I went in 06, it's a nice day trip out, worth going if you get the chance.

Can't we look into it again? There are some new members here who may be more enthusiastic and I'll certainly go if it can be arranged. I renewed my passport last time it was on the cards, so count me in.

You can, but I can't be bothered wasting more time trying.

I have been. A couple of years ago now as part of the traction owners club. Left home at 6am, tunnel at 8am, drive down to Paris look around, drive back to calais stopping for beer and wine tunnel back at 9pm and home at midnight. C5 did well for once!

You have a fixed time slot (I think it was 1 to 3pm) for a brief talk about the site and then you're free to wander around. It was free, but now I think there's a charge.

I'm pretty sure you need to organise it as part of a recognised (ie by citroen) car club.

Thats right. Theres a nominal charge of a couple of €, when i looked into it they give you a certain date and time slot, but unfortunately not much notice. I'd like to go again but it was a lot of gathering details and emailing back and forth just to find out nobody could go at short notice. You need to go through your ACI rep who was, at the time, Barry Annells.
