Used to be a fair bit, over 25,000 miles back in 1996.
Fewer and fewer miles nowadays, too much traffic and too many clowns on the road have taken a lot of the pleasure out of driving. :(

Post Re: Mileage
More than my modern car that I bought to reduce the annual mileage in the 2CV. I have now made the decision to SORN the 2CV over winter in future, so that'll reduce annual mileage a fair bit. I did drive 420miles between 10am and 6pm last week, to Scotland, and a similar mileage over a similar time returning home a few days later. I think the furthest I've driven on one given day was 555miles(Worcester-Isle of Skye). Have had annual mileage up to about 25 thousand, though it's much less these days.

Done just under 700 miles in two weeks and I'm on a 4500 p/a limit. If I keep that up it'll be about 18000 a year then if my sumz iz correct.

i did about that, but when you first past your test, driving is exciting
it wears of dont worry...
driving a 2cv is always fun but driving in a principle becomes boring

ps you must be loaded to be driving that much!!!

I do maybe 250, 300 miles a week, what with work and back every night and any gigs my band do at the weekend. About 15000 a year, then.

I've been driving over 20yrs, and I never get bored of driving my 2CV, though I'm far happier on a big road trip than pootling around the same old country lanes round Worcester.
