I'm seriously considering getting a Tesla Powerwall (or similar) fitted. I'd like to have a wind turbine installed but Scottish law states it has to be at least 100mtrs from neighbouring buildings.

Shouldn,t be a problem over there. At least in my imagination.

Testing, to see if I've managed to escape from the clutches of that site, which I do not recall joining.
When I eventually managed to sign in, there were 'no uploads' there, then it took about 10 minutes of clicking on rubbish to convince the robot that it wasn't another robot trying to close an account.
Utter pr@ts.

( Ah, up to 48 hours for account closure to be processed.
Even bigger pr@ts... )

I might well live on the most northerly inhabited island in the UK but I'm on a small housing estate of around 70 house so I have lots of neighbours.

I finally got around to buying Whitworth spanners last week. They arrived by post this morning and I got down to work and removed the SU carburettor from the Morris. I'm now in the middle of doing a strip down and rebuild.

Hopefully, it's good to go. I'll be refitting it to the car tomorrow. I don't know why I put it off for so long, apart from the fact I didn't have the spanners. It's a very easy job. I've set the jet at 12 flats as a base to work from when it's back on the car. :)

Has just come to my attention that it's 50 years since Citroen introduced LHM, which replaced LHS that had been in use on all hydropneumatic Citroen suspension up to that time.
