 Re: The O/T thread! Just a thought...but would it be a good idea to have a non-2cv, non-car thread, accessed through the main Board Index? That way, people can put individual posts up, about something/anything and it is kept separate from the General 2cv chat index/posts. I think it would be a neat solution and easier for members to use. Like I said, just a thought

Re: The O/T thread! is there anywhere on the net i can watch the Tour de France? i frikkin love & used to watch it every year when it was broadcast on ch4 & was introduced by Phil Liggett. Happy days.

Re: The O/T thread! One way is to try with peer to peer internet viewing.. When I wanted to watch a Setanta footie match the website below would post a link to a TV station showing the match (usually in English sometimes in Mexican) http://www.myp2p.eu/index.php?part=homeYou will need to download a client (free - I use Sopcast and PPLive NetTV) so that you can access the station that's showing the sport you want to watch. They have a beginners guide and a forum full of sport watching fanatics who don't pay Sky Sports or Setanta subscriptions posting links to sports events. There is some Tour de France info on there. I'm not very computer savvy but muddled my way through it.. and the quality wasn't too bad. I too like the cycling but watch it on Eurosport.

Re: The O/T thread! http://iraqgoals.net/I recommend this website. plus you wont have to download any files to make it work. which in my eyes makes it much safer. oh and quality is quite good there. enjoy!
