http://www.2cvracing.org.uk/24hrlive I posted it in the racing section but here it is again for the rest of yo'all. Hopefully it'll be much improved on last years single webcam, with at least two cars running in-car cameras, and I understand a couple more static cameras too. Well worth tuning into if you can't come along. |

My mechanic friend Rick is looking after the camera car (no. 40). He says it's a bit poorly at the moment though and leaking oil - he's got two days to sort it out! |

Car number 40 is racing under the banner of 'Crisis Racing', after all. ![]() Having said that, suppose I'd better get started sorting out the toolboxes, random spares, tent, chassis for the Fying Dutchmen and any other junk which I need to drag down to Snetterton tomorrow... ![]() ken. richardmorris wrote: My mechanic friend Rick is looking after the camera car (no. 40). Who are you working for this year Ken? We're in the garage with the flying Dutchmen (23/24 iirc) hope to say hi at some point over the weekend! |

Think it's going to be Mike and Martin Fox, who now run what used to be Bill Murray's veteran LHD car. Mike told me that he's got a brand new 2CV4 crankshaft, which I'd quite like to get my grubby paws on... I always wander about a lot, as it's a bit boring just sitting at the garage watching the cars whizz past the pit lane. Bringing the pedal bike to get out to the far reaches of the circuit, 'cos the dodgy knee might not survive the trekking. ![]() Spoke to Paul Robertson this morning and Sammy Fritchley was in the background shouting something about not forgetting my wellingtons and waterproofs. Let's hope she's wrong about the weather this w/e. Last minute panic packing starts tomorrow, so see you all there... ![]() ken Russell wrote: Who are you working for this year Ken?
