I need to drag the one behind out of the corner where it's lurking, see if I can get it roadworthy for the summer.

That's my 1966 250 AZU, it's pretty original and it's been part restored, not by me I bought it abandoned and unloved because I wanted some of the new panels that were with it. It is however far too good too scrap. The chassis looks fine, it has new sills, new floors, the panel under the rear doors as well as the rear uprights. It's actually all be done rather well.

I've never even tried to start it. In the next couple of weeks I'll drag it out and do some work to it to get it roadworthy. I need a couple of peg type seats, a brake master cylinder, 6 volt battery. Nothing really major. I think Spanners has got some rear door hinges for me. It's moving in the right direction.

That's gorgeous! I remember that from eBay... 18 months/ 2 years ago?

When you do start work on it, please start a thread in the 'Your A-series' section, i'm sure there'd be a lot of interest in watching it's return to the road!

I've got a master cylinder and reservoir here too although it would need at least new seals I'd have thought. :geek:

Excellent, I'm missing the reservoir, I don't like the repro ones.
