My trusty and dirt-cheap Jabra BT135 Bluetooth earpiece, a really basic but superb piece of kit has finally died after four years of heavy use and I need to replace it. Although it was good, it was a bit challenged when using it in an open topped 2cv so I'm after a noise reducing version this time around so that callers can more clearly hear me and with a high enough volume setting for me to hear them easily as well. Does anyone have any direct experience of good 'uns? Or even of models to probably avoid? I don't want any of the Aliph Jawbone range due to a variety of ergonomic and build quality issues. What I go for must have an ear hook: I can't stand the type which rely solely on being shoved deep into the ear canal for (in)security. Style comes a definite last place to comfort, practicality and function. |
