For now, I'm merely reading along. To much to do other cars before able to start with this project. I have a few CXes, like an ambulance with turbo diesel engine, a GTI Turbo, and my girls cx 22 witch need a lot of overhauling as well.
But when I do start, I will open a new topic and let you guys enjoy. :).

I still have my first car, an ami 8 break. Had some acadianes, a few 2cv' s and this ami super with ami super nose and acadiane rear. It allready has the desired engine and gearbox but still with the gsa bellhousing and is placed on self made engine brackets which means the weight is very much on the front. This doesn't improve handling.

Hi there

I'll stand up and introduce myself .... I'm Roger and I am a 2CV addict. :D

I live about five miles from Pontypool in South Wales ... so if you are in the area ...

I drive a 2CV as my everyday ride C735GRL, I (currently) have a BMW K100 motorcycle, a Talbot Express motor home (for sale) and my most recent purchase/project is a Bedouin. Images to follow.

I think this site is fantastic and I make extensive use of the Technical pages.

Bring on the summer .... see you in a field somewhere :) and mines a cider :D

Welcome here! I notice your 2CV was originally from down this way - the number rings a bell actually!

There was a guy on here with a Bedouin - I'll leave the links below just in case you've missed it. Looking forward to seeing some pictures! :)
