Re: Anoraky spotted thread. Today i spotted a white 2cv with a coloured roof (think it was faded red) just outside Morfields eye hospital (London) reg - F303 PLU I didn't know weather to wave like mad or shout oi,oi or something, i just watched it drive past and smiled

Re: Anoraky spotted thread. I've seen a few recently: green and white D*lly at Himley near Wolverhampton on Friday around 6.30pm. Driver waved at me;  maroon and black X reg Charleston at Leigh Delamere services on the M4 on Tuesday around 9am. I went and spoke to the driver and he was on his way to Southampton to ship the car abroad in order to drive it all the way across Canada for charity; a red Special behind my artic in Trowbridge. Didn't get many details of this since I only saw it in my mirrors and was trying to negotiate a rather tight part of Trowbridge I really shouldn't have been in;  and today, a beige Ami 6 estate on the A38 at Thornbury near Bristol, which I presume was one of the Sobey clan. Amazing what you see when you're out and about!
