Am I right in saying, if you register for the list, a copy will be sent to you, Free Of Charge?

No, you still pay for it.

Post Re: APUA-HELP
It would be nice to send every helper a free copy, but financially quite impossible. The booklet is published by the Finnish 2CV Guild on non-commercial basis.

National clubs sometimes have ordered copies for their members in the booklet.

The payment info (http://www.2cv.fi/apuahelpUK.shtml):

If you would like to get a copy of APUA-HELP, the price including postage is 5 eur. Pay/order directly using our club's bank account:

Bank: Svenska Handelsbanken Ab
Address: Handelsbanken Vaasa, Hovioikeudenpuistikko 18, FI 65100 Vaasa, Finland
Account owner: Suomen 2CV-kilta ry.
IBAN: FI3031313002817351
SWIFT: HANDFIHH

Message example:
Help-order x pcs, name, address
Or send 5 eur in cash (no cheques) to:
Finnish 2CV Guild, Jukka Isomaki, Mantymaentie 7
FIN 65200 VAASA, Finland

Please, do not forget to give your full postal address when you pay!
If you want to order a bigger number of copies (10 or more), contact our treasurer kirstumestari (at) 2cv.fi.

For those of us in non-Euro countries, that's a HORRIBLY expensive way to pay - UK banks, for example, tend to charge about £20 to do an international transfer...

I'll have a look, see if I can find a €5 note.

Or does anybody (with both a Euro & UK account) want to organise an I2F group buy?

Love it or loathe it, pay-pal is usefull for this sort of thing
if your club set up a pay pal account you could have on line purchasing?
