Anyone know anything about the Argentinean cars?

 Anyone know anything about the Argentinean cars? Howdy, everyone.
Early in 2009 I spent a couple of months bicycling around Argentina. Lots of 2CVs (or 3CVs, as they call them) down there. I understand that they were locally built.
Anyone know anything about them? Quality? Parts compatibility with European manufactured cars? Are there any useful resources available about them on the web?

Re: Anyone know anything about the Argentinean cars? Once I've edited the write up we'll be featuring one in the deuche special section. A lot of subtle changes to euro a series cars, although I believe a lot of spare parts originate from south America nowadays. Do you have any photos of the cars you saw?

Oh, indeed I did. I took a pic of almost every 2CV I saw, when I could. But the pix are with the camera that was in the handlebar bag that some miscreant lifted in Mendoza! Bastard.
