I've been following the build in his other thread but now some of the body panels are on they don't look rigid enough, (although I'm sure he will have thought of that). Can't think if Kubelwagens were actually ribbed offhand, I think so.

Love the fine tuning.....hammer...foot/boot and knee.....seems just like fitting a 2CV front door !!!

I wouldn't be so sure - the panels might be duroplast, but they're attached to a steel framework, just like a Mehari... And we all know what happens to them, don't we?
