Re: Cool 2CV pictures 2. Wow!!!! Neil!!!! We spotted this on our Honeymoon and just missed the slip road it's on, so we turned around and tried to get off at the right turning TWICE and still couldn't actually get to it. I've got a poor photo on my camera from the main road, but I couldn't work out why it was at the entrance to the town - I couldn't see any other Citroen connection. You'd sort out three years of wonder if you knew?!!! What a funny thing. I was pure VW back in '06! These things subliminally chip away...

Re: Cool 2CV pictures 2. Beaten to it! They had a big 40th anniversary meeting there back in 1988 & i believe a plaque was placed on the house that PJB lived in to commemorate the occasion.

If someone were to mention Alex Issigonis there would immediately be associations with the mini, or the earlier Morris Minor. When we mention the 2cv, it's Boulanger. Why I wonder, is the name Flaminio Bertoni not heard in 2cv circles?

we see a few pic's some month's a go .
there where some kids they played with pink painting in the night on the 2cv .
the man who make the monument was compleet in chock that time but he was bussy with cleaning and restore
back in original style.
