Still on the topic of Ami's, I've been contacted by the specialist today to inform me that my ami is less rusty than originally thought.

So it looks like she'll be ready for the French National :P oooh good times!

gonna put my piece here. if we abuse all the cars then they wont last. there needs to be some kept for the future. yes i know petrol will run out and 1 day we probably be using floating cars or some such, but its good for future generations to see what we use to have to put up with. so yes by all means use them it just makes mine more rare and worth more. i still use the acad and dad drives all his at 1 time or another but we try and keep them up together.

the super service will live again. i need an 8 estate body shell and enough welding wire to go round the planet 5 times but i will get it done. the roof, floors, bulkhead, jacking points & winscreen panel, A pillars B pillars and all box sections underneath are rusted right out. i forgot to say sills. i have all body panels now and i may have tracked down a shell in gayden hopefully. its amazing the windscreen has stayed in because as far as i can see there's not much holding the front of the van up anymore. if you see the pics on here of it on the trailer that is how i picked it up...
