Reminds me of the old tin snail company car built by Simon Day, it even had moving antena! I can't find any pics of it, but Neil will be along shortly to tell you the registration number, chassis number and paint code.

I am not Neil (to widespread relief in this house) but I seem to recall Simon telling me that the "antennae" were a Triumph 2000 wiper motor.
