He told me he'd refuse my custom after he listed a Dyane wing brace/spare support as a "chassis crewmember with towing eyes" (snigger) anyway I corrected him by telling him what his uneducated guess of a listing actually was, to which he said he'd refuse any future dealings... Nob.
