You're allowed to drive those things without a pcv license as long as you don't carry more than 7 passengers.

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
Yes... YOU DO ! I bought that gray DAK last year as " I cant live without it " . Made some servicing on engine, gearbox... Generaly it was in very good condition and with low milage. OK, engine was replaced some 20 years ago by previous owner. Why ? Who knows... But good shit happens, thay instaled perfect AMI8 engine (due to numbers it is 1972 ). What atracted me to buy that DAk was state of body and chassis. It is inpossible to find "not welded before" Dak this days. So this one does not need to be complete restored or complete "new made" like blue one. It needs good cleaning of rust spots on outside, all bottom panels can stay. But as I am an "idiot" I did manage to crash one silly day with my MB100 to the back of my DAK. So it has to be repaired on back right side and need new back light. Good "shit" of that crash was that I saw it was anyway rusted on that side . Now I cant fool myself that it is rust free So... Me and My wife loved that car. Traveled a lot last year and we coud be also pissed off (mad, angry, etc...) on each other but still sleap in same car ... as it is huge inside. Not like aks400... there is no inner wing AK style. So... "feel free to buy it" ...
