id have gone up to a couple of hundred - if itd gone through at 99pwould probably given the guy 100+ depending on the condition of the bits - just no one else wanted to drive to the arse end of the country to buy a vaguely described pile of scrap and so no one bid, keeping mine down at 99p

"shit it was 99c" :D

I dunno how long eBay has been around for, but it's clearly an auction based website and auctions have been around for centuries, so the fact that so few of the incompetent arse ticklers that use eBay can't fathom out how it works is a shocking display of the utter lack of respect for basic learning, knowledge and common sense that seems to be fashionable nowadays.

Look at this beauty....

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Citroen-2cv-fuel-pump-in-good-working-order-from-2cv-parts-specialists-OXON-/271143819040?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f216e5720

Who in their right mind is going to buy an unknown 2nd hand fuel pump for £15 when new ones are £20?
