It looks like a delivery van (la poste but they never used Acadianes) This was advertised before and the reserve was 2250 pounds but he offered it to me for 2000 as it did not reach reserve, It has about 500 pounds worth of work to get it though MOT (so he said before but neglected to mention this time)
