Finally got around to fitting the white 9w LED 'bolts' to the back of the Acad.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/370687329873? ... 1439.l2649

They are fitted above the doors so if the MOT man asks they are work lights 'cos your not supposed to have separately switched reversing lights.

They will be very useful for setting up camp if the light is fading though.

What did you do with someone else's A Series today/tonight?

I drove the mighty Viking Van 700k's across the Australian Alps, stop laughing just cuz ours aren't as big as yours...

I was told by the boss to take it easy after he saw how I drive on the raid, and it also had a heavy load, it took 13hrs, so 55k's an hour average

The last section was the most interesting, dirt road at high altitude (1200m above creek level :? ) at night
I counted 20 Wombats, 20! thats more than most people would ever see in a lifetime, all those where alive and darting at my like kamakasi bombers, ther where also a dozen or so either sleeping, streching or practising there midnight Yoga on the side and in the middle of the road :( I swear some where trying to moon me...
I even saw a little wombat spud with the mumma.
If only iPhone's could take pics at night!

Viking Van, dancing with Wombats.

Harley
