 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
Which would explain why he drove 59 miles to Droitwich at the end of August to pick it up, having paid £2050 for it on eBay, and is now looking to trouser £2950 (less expenses) for it! Pesky capitalist! Attachment:

Pesky capitalist! Attachment: Charleston on ebay.jpg It's situations like this that steer me clear of owning a 2cv again, in a hurry. The car HAS NOT increased in value by £3000 in a month, this is just people taking the piss out of people who are daft enough not to research what they are buying and who don't have access to the eagle eyes on here. Shouldn't an X reg Charleston have square headlights?

 Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds
What are people talking about here? What is exactly wrong with it? (apart from the price and the fact it could be tarted up)
I don't know the details, just curious.

I don't know the details, just curious. We are talking about someone buying a car off eBay one month ago for £2000 and putting it back up for sale one month later with no obvious improvements, repairs etc for £5000. It's about people taking the piss.
