Big frank had a few so his soldiers could go shoot people in the Pyrenees?

I love the way they've gone to the trouble of covering up the number plate on the one photo. Yet, it's perfectlt visible in the other two!

Currently sitting at £640 with more than 2 days to run!

Tom Smout (remember him?) went to view it yesterday:

Hi neil, seen that 2cv it's suprisingly solid. Floors are good, small hole on rear floor by sill and both sills are gone at the front. Chassis looks ropey but repairable if the knowledge was there. Body is average, bonnet i think is defo screwed and so are the A-Panels. bonnet hinge isnt too bad doors are fairly solid too

Back again...

It was me who bid it up to £640 last time. I love the way it looks, the plan was to get it sorted mechanically, but keep it looking scruffy. But I realised I wouldn't have the time/skills in the short term and needed a good running car right away. I bought a very shiny, very red, one owner, 12000 mile 1990 Special instead, completely the opposite to that.

Welcome here. I saw the pics of your Special on the 2CVGB forum - very, very nice indeed. :D
