indicates a M28/1 ( thats from kens post on 2cvgb) its got a heavy flywheel and a single choke carb' by the looks of it, so thats a pre'78 ( from posts today) 602cc 2cv engine
what is it you need an engine for and which engine was supposed to be in it?

Re: Leboncoin/eBay finds I don't need it i was just toying with buying it as a spare or to tinker with seeing as its relatively local ,well i say relatively about 50,60 miles but seeing as it's one of those i won't bother (dons tin hat) ,had an AKS once it was ok once i wound it up but 90kph flat out  cheers
