Carl Baker built a Charleston from new parts and it was finished much nicer than that. I'd have thought they'd have finished that car off before selling it.    Pics stolen from his Facebook, hope he doesn't mind...

The triangular pieces between the bonnet and the wings (forgot what they're called) have got telltale creases along the top edges. So they're not new.
