 Re: Cool 2CV pictures 2. They're the old cardan joint (?) type which didn't have outer boots and I believe that UK racers used to run without the central "sliding joint" boots once upon a time.

Re: Cool 2CV pictures 2. 2cv crossers don't either Jon, it's just the amount of driveshaft that's not in the inner splined section, seems a bit risky, and those double cardigan joints aren't the best are they?

Re: Cool 2CV pictures 2. The Slough we've just featured and the other car the fella owns have these, apparently the owners manual suggests putting your foot on the clutch when coung round tight bends, so as not to break them!

Or it might be an Amisuper engine.
