Post Re: The O/T thread!
It's come to my attention that i haven't been on a breakdown lorry for a whole year. The ami is trying it's level best to ensure I have a trip to the hard shoulder but since my little misadventure with Sams van and my birds 406, I haven't needed to make that phonecall of shame to the recovery company.

I bet, now I've celebrated this publicly that tomorrow morning my car spits it's dummy out and fails to complete the 8 mile commute that it's making such hard work of currently.

Seen on the road ... someone has romantically proposed to his sweetheart using the traditional medium of, er, a shoddily made sign secured to a roadsign in the arse end of Staffordshire.

Leading to many other signs appearing, some of which may not have been written by the woman for whom the original sign was intended.

Well, it brightened up my night. Apologies for the crap photos.

First proper drive in the 2cv with the roof peeled back on my way home from school today - driving towards the Malvern Hills with the sun shining and blue skies

The way driving should be :D

Well it bloody well better not become compulsory, I don't drink so why should I have to pay for something that will never get used? If it does become compulsory, then as far as I'm concerned France can get f*cking stuffed!!
