I have a Combi-Camp Sport trailer tent, it weighs about 300kgs and I can feel it, especially on inclines(no matter how slight). I'm seriously considering selling the damn thing.

Taff, get your engine sorted then! I towed that (and the one before) around many miles without it being a "burden" on the car. We dragged the old one to Snet in 2003 behind the Acadiane 2 up and fully laden with all our stuff for the 3 or 4 days we were there at illegal motorway speeds without any problems at all.

My dads got a combo camp he tows with the jeep wasn't bad on towing, but alot better with the second engine!
