Post Re: The 'Deuches spéciales' Forum, coming soon...
I would be real keen on as much info as poss....I have a wee bit of cash to play with (Im aware what this costs...which would buy a dam good 4 x 4 of other types....but bugger it thats not the point...and there are a few 4 year old Nissans and Ford 4 x 4 crew cabs available locally every week at half the price of this..but how boring?) So I am stuck between buying a Land Rover of some sort or the 4X4 2CV....thing is I do need it to get me across rough ground....I dont want the pose...is any 2CV a pose?...I want the fun of regular driving across feilds (bee keeping and some coppicing)

Sadly I need towing capacity also so I suspect the Land Rover will be best choice cause of brute strength...but Im dearly looking to justify the 4 X 4 2CV cause Im pi**ed off with my so called "smug" landie mates and would love to thrash them at their own game !

Im not doing anything until the end of the summer....but in the meantime would love as much technical and daily driving info on this as poss.

Great Feature....hope it stays live !

However.....

Coming soon

I have signed a deal to become the UK distributor for a 2cv 4x4 extreme body kit supplier, which comes with fiberglass wings etc. Then will fit kit and mud flaps to my Barbour demo car!!

I like a bit of dirt anyhow!!
