What I love most about 2cving is the light hearted jocular atmosphere.

Perhaps, whilst we're on the subject of learning and education, you ought to go read some history before bandying the term "Nazi" about.

Actually, Hitler and his party never referred to themselves as 'Nazis.'

Ironically, 'Nazi' was a popular noun used in southern Germany used by opponents of National Socialism because the word 'Nazi' colloquially meant 'a foolish person, clumsy or awkward person.' (Nazi is derived from proper name Ignatz, the German form of Ignatius).

It was also a popular name in Catholic Austria, used in WW1 as a generic name for soldiers from Austria-Hungary.

I love etymology :)

Whatever your interpretation of the word itself, I think its safe to say you're using it incorrectly Louis ;) I'd hate for any poor would-be-socialist to stumble upon i2F because Google cache had picked up this thread

and while I'm giving History lessons...
Use of the N word is not the only whoopsie on Adolf's part - he should have had his branding and marketing research team shot.

The swastika is derived from an ancient symbol used (all over the world) but also, in tri-leg form, by inhabitants of the isle of man. It was actually a sign of good, symbolising feet walking to the right, away from the Devil (who's is always on your left).

Ironically, the black/red motif popularised by the German Nationalist Socialist Party in the 40's was reversed...

Ooh look, the cutting-edge-automotive-technology-guys have picked up on what we've known for years:

"Upper- and lower-wishbone suspension is augmented by clever hydraulics, which replace conventional anti-roll bars by pumping the suspension to suppress the effects of body roll, pitch and squat. The system is not dissimilar to that used in the brilliant Citroën 2CV..."
From Daily Telegraph review of McLaren's new MP4-12C
