Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Four up out for lunch at Verteuil-sur Charente, with a log run back through the quite Charente lanes in the fabulous sun shine.With the hood open it was still very hot.

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? Had my bi monthly scan etc in Rennes hospital so 200kms - roof open and enjoying the day. Motorways are such a joy in rural France compared to UK. Not a cone insight........

Re: What did you do with your A Series today? So as of yesterday the 2CV is resident on Unst, Shetland's most northerly island. Seems it shares the island with a Morris Minor Convertible which we passed earlier. Points on licence though, their hood was closed. This is a perfect island for pootling along.

The shed has been acting both as a band tour bus - had a gig every weekend for the last 3 - and as a builders van transporting 6 doors from a victorian terrace, that we have bought as a pension pot, to a paint strippers and taking the radiators to and from home this morning to be cleaned - all of which have hung out the back doors due to the length which has resulted in some curious looks - apart from the normal ones that one gets by driving around in a multi coloured van......
